The Collingwood Blended Canadian Whisky was introduced in 2011 and is a handcrafted spirit produced by Canada’s oldest continuously owned and operated distillery situated in Collingwood, Ontario.

The distillery employs fine grains from local farms and water from the Georgian Bay to triple-distill the whisky. The whisky is then aged in handcrafted white oak barrels and undergoes an additional maturation process where it rests with heavily toasted Maplewood staves, a unique aspect of Canadian whisky.
