Stored and matured in our dunnage warehouse no. 4, the dark and damp conditions allowed this whisky to thrive.
Beginning its life in an American white oak ex-bourbon cask, the spirit developed its character over 17 long years before being transferred into Amoroso oloroso sherry butts for its final flourish. It stayed there for a further three years teasing out intriguing flavours such as coconut, maple syrup and tangy liquorice.
