This whiskey is a classic blend of Canadian corn and spicy rye whiskies which have been finished in new french oak casks which were seasoned with port. Aromas and flavours are multi layered and include raspberry, blackberry, bing cherry and subtle chocolate notes due to the port; french vanilla notes due to French casks plus additional subtle cinnamon and rye spices with subtle hints of dark chocolate.
